Protecting the environment is a national and universal concern that is also embraced by healthcare establishments. Conscious of the potential risks and repercussions on our activity, the Center as adopted a sustainable development plan as part of its programme for improving quality and managing risks.
Sustainable development implies that “the current generation’s needs must be met without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own.”
It is for this reason that the “Centre de Cancérologie de la Porte de Saint-Cloud” has taken up an approach that integrates social and environmental concerns in its activity and relations with stakeholders, namely patients, doctors, advisory bodies, colleagues and partners, companies, suppliers, etc.
In view of this, the Center’s sustainable development plan has been drafted with 4 priority objectives:
- Healing without harm
- Make sustainable purchases
- Respect the environment:
- Ensure sustainable management on a daily basis
